I've been trying out the trial version of this software for the last week of so. I'll probably take the option to buy it. I strongly suggest you download the fully functional trial and test it yourself.
It's very easy to use and worth every penny of its very reasonable price.
Personally I don't think it produces "ready to go" articles but it does a fantastic job of producing high quality "drafts" that are very easy to clean up later.
To my mind it's probably the best of the article rewriter products that I've tried so far.

Once you open an article in the tool, WordFlood goes through the entire article and highlights words that it picks up as possibly having synonyms. Now you have a clear picture of what can be changed in the article.
Now it's time to go through the article and 'rewrite' it. The top half of the screen contains a highlighted section of words that you can change.
For each word that is highlighted a list of possible synonyms are listed. You can choose a word from this list to replace the highlighted word.
There is plenty of choice as the tool contains a powerful database with synonyms and related words for over 140,000 words and phrases. In addition if you know of a synonym that isn't included in the list, you can also add your own synonyms.
As you change the content of your PLR article, you will also see what your word count is. So if your word count is a little less than you'd like it to be, you can add to your article as well. It also shows you what the total change is as you rewrite the article, so you'll know how unique your new article is, in comparison to the old one.
In addition, if you are using your articles for seo purposes, you can also check the keyword density of your article as well.
It might seem a little complicated or confusing, but it is so easy you wouldn't believe it. The first few articles that you rewrite will probably take about 10-15 minutes to complete. However, once you do a few successfully and figure out how to do it, you'll get faster and faster with each rewrite.
